The creation of a range of wines by pioneers on a quest for vine-growing and winemaking innovation. A range of varietal wines that is eminently modern and yet traditional at the same time: original varietals from the Mediterranean. Enséduna was the Greek name for Ensérune and is a homage to the very first growers who laboured here over 2000 years ago. The vineyards of the Enséduna range lie within the boundaries of the Oppidum d’Ensérune, West of Béziers: a land rich in history and marked by the culture of our region. VARIETIES : 100 % Muscat Petits Grains. TASTING NOTES : Explosive nose where bergamot and candied lemon predominate with multiple floral and citrus notes, accompanied by a spicy vanilla-flavoured touch. The mouth is greedy, fresh and elegant. Superb, longlasting and smooth finish with complexity and diversity (citrus fruits, peony, eucalyptus, lilac). Pairing : To be enjoyed at aperitif time or with certain cheeses (goat). Serve chilled at 10 °C.
